Hastane çok iyi, doktor kadrosu sağlam. Fakat fiyatları da oldukça sağlam, SGK anlasmalari dahi yok, oldukça pahalı bir hastane. Sürekli gidebilmek için bütçenizin iyi olması lazım.

We both left compliment slips in our room at the hospital. Everyone we have met has been great - professional, cheerful, helpful and readily available when we needed them. Very good service that I would recommend to friends and family. No hidden costs. You just get fair, positive service.

I decided on having weight loss surgery after many years of being obese and set about finding a clinic abroad. I sent an email to the contact at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital, who immediately responded by email. I gave my mobile number and after that all our communication was via Whatsapp.Emin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the different surgeries available and I decided to go ahead with a gastric sleeve. This surgery is less invasive as it is conducted by laparoscopy as opposed to being "opened up."Once my flight was booked Emin took care of everything else. I was met at the airport and taken by taxi to the Mercure hotel in Umraniye, Istanbul which was approximately 4 minutes walk from the hospital.The following morning I embarked on a series of tests and was surprised how thorough they were. I had everything from blood tests, a breathing test, x-ray, scan, endocardiogram, seeing a dietician and more. I was introduced to my consultant, Dr Omer Avlanmis and in the afternoon I had my surgery.At no time was I afraid as I had done my research and every question I asked was answered thoroughly. The hospital also provided an interpreter. The aftercare was excellent. I was up and about the same day and was encouraged to walk regularly. Before discharge I was given Dr Omer's contact details and that of the dietician as there will be monthly contact for a progress report. The whole bariatric team were wonderful.Based on my experience I would highly recommend Hisar hospital as it is state of the art, extremely clean and modern with very kind, helpful staff.I am very satisfied with my overall experience and found it to be great value for money, as I could never have afforded this in the UK.5 *s all the way!!
