My father had dialysis but I didn't go to the kidney room. But I came to wait for the waiting room that he arranged for the customer to sit and wait for the other department nearby, but there are people who do not know what is the guard or the inspector of something.In which I am a customer, am I wrong as well? We come to see the doctor today, the nurse is good service, but there is one doctor, don't know what happened, smashing the table loudly, we are sitting here. That this is a private hospital, we come every time. Never had a problem, but this time is very bad for the doctor.

I came to the hospital for MRI for my baby. Treatment was ok but as I'm arab (half American), but I had to get my services through their publice relations center (dispite that I tald them I'm more comfortable to communicate in English). The facilitates there are in a very bad condition, unlike other hospital sections there is no interiare decoration or good lighting. Coming to the prices, I have been giving one bill for my baby knees MRI only (Inclusing baby anesthesia and after procedur abstraction 2-6 hr) for 185-200 thousand baht! The next day I was able to get the same for around 85-98 thousand baht with superb services from another well known hospital from Bangkok (Piy..)I think the bill made depending on which country you come from.

We were in Bangkok on holiday and our infant became ill. We were well taken care of here. Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful. My wife even said the hospital food was excellent.

I burned my hands and went to daily disinfection and dressing. It was a hospital recommended by Anantara Riverside to be near and on the first day I met a doctor and paid 2450 baht. Since then I have paid about 560 baht. There is no Korean interpreter, but I speak and ask English there. Therefore, if you speak and answer a little English, communication is easy and most of them are friendly.

THIS HOSPITAL IS ONLY FOR THE RICH(EST) AND NOT THE BEST PLACE YOU WOULD GO FOR EMERGENCIES OR IN-PATIENT FOR FOREIGNERS!!!! went there past 11pm last night with my baby coz of vomiting and trouble breathing. arrived there and attended by a nurse. then waited for at least 10mins before the doctor came. baby was nebulized and recommended to be admitted only to find out that their standard for foreigners without insurance is required to pay deposit of 30,000baht!!!! i asked if i can get back the deposit if I didn't used up the amount during the stay in hospital and was told that actually one night is about 16,000baht!!!!! obviously i checked out and just went to other private hospital. I am happy seeing our pedia in this hospital for check-ups and vaccine but for this case last night I am very disappointed. I feel like they are purposely trying to rip-off foreign patients. how I wish there is an option to rate ZERO star!!!

I would like to Thank you Khun Oum+ at reception. She was the only one who motivated me not to go somewhere else even I faced some difficulties on that day. This little lady reminded me of the excellent service meaning. I have never met anyone who is friendly , sincere, and passion like this. Other services are ok good but only with Oum , I will definitely not to choose any hospital else.Thank you so much & Well done Khun Oum+

Very expensive compare to Very bad nursing service. I took grandmother here just for a blood test. Have to wait 1 hr For the experienced nurse to arrive. After pay med biĺl, have to wait another half hour because they said they are afraid the the blood won't be enough. Thar's it for this place eventhough it's the closest hospital.

Service was slow and had to keep asking them to follow up on surgery status.The nursing need to do more service minded training. Overnight stay is not recommended due to loud conversations, no respect to patients during resting time.
I find it upmost disgusting that a Thai husband married to a Foreigner needs to pay 20% more than Thai people! Who is paying the bill? The Thai husband or the foreign wife?

Service is not as great as other hospitals I have been to. No "Wai" at all as it should be a thing any nurse should do with a patient especially in a private hospital. When I walked into one sectio, sat down and waiting for a call from a doctor, a group of nurses just gathered up and chit chated so loud behind the counter that I was sure one who experienced like I had wouldn't enjoy it (after I met the doctor those nurses were still at the same spot talking loud). And the worst part is that while I was waiting for the doctor I got bitten by mosquitoes around 5 times within 15 minutes inside the hospital building!!! I am sorry but this really gave me no choice but one star. You really need to work on your service mind, at least no chit chatting so loud at workplace, and most importantly no mosquitoes!!!The doctor was ok no negative point for him.

Poor service either doctor and the assistant of skin department.Doctor was rude and those people who helping her seemed like they don’t know how to work.Management was so slow. I expected the service would be better.

My husband was seen at this clinic by Dr. Chulamanee Wongteerayanee for a rash he developed while traveling. The staff all spoke English and assisted us through the entire process from registration to picking up the prescriptions. The Dr. spoke good English and was patient and thorough. Fee was about 1000 baht for the MD and 400 for medications.

I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone travelling overseas. Our surgeon was Dr Angkana and we could not expect a more professional, realistic and caring doctor. My husband had his upper and lower eyelid surgery and I had a few other procedures and could not have expected anymore. The hospital was clean and very hygienic and the nurses were second to none. We were sad to leave the hospital because the care and empathy of everyone of the nurses and staff were beyond expectations. Three weeks after our surgery, I have already been back at work for 1 week and delighted with the outcome of our procedures. The Surgeon was very thorough in her examinations and consultations, explained all risks. She gave us very realistic outcomes and no over - promising of the results. We are delighted.
The only private hospital around Thonburi area under the brand of Samitivej. You can get the same look and feel of other branches in the city. Expensive of course but the service is great! Not crowded. No long queue. Even when you come here for the first time, the register process will take only 3mins. Free shuttle bus to BTS Wongwianyai. And you better have health insurance to come here :)
Used to be called Krungthon 1, now operates under the brand Samitivej. Same staff, different brand.
