My experience with Bangkok Hospital Samui has been amazing. I spent several days here, and the nurses were so kind, thoughtful, and skilled at what they do. Well trained medical staff with English language. Had reason to visit during a recent trip due to an allergy and anaphylaxis. Staff were well informed of the allergy and provided excellent treatment. The Dr was also able to provide more information about what was happening and why, what the Epipen i had used was doing, and what further treatment was required. We learnt more about my wifes condition during that visit than during similar hospital and Dr visits in NZ combined. Would recommend a visit if you are in need on Koh Samui.
After getting second degree burns on my shin I needed treatment every two days I cannot stress how good this hospital is! Everything from entering to leaving was like nothing I have experienced before the staff are organised, tentative, caring and have great communication skills and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy.
They always keept me updated with progress and time frames! Being from the UK i can say that the service I have received over the past week is better than the service that I have received back home! So if you are u fourtounate enough to need any treatment while in Koh Samui I would highly recoment this Hospital!

Probably the best hospital in all Samui. They work very quickly, you don’t have to wait. All doctors and nurses speaks English well. My son had Fever and caught. They did a test immediately, explained what he had and gave medicaments. In the pediatric department they have a children playground. Thanks a lot.

Whilst travelling in Koh Samui I was exposed to presumably contaminated water when eating salad at one of the finest restaurants on the Island. I was rushed to emergency and spent 2 nights in the Bangkok hospital. All staff spoke English perfectly and provided amazing service. Not only did they treat me immediately but also made up a bed in my private room so my partner could stay with me. As my previous review, this hospital was far superior than any I have visited in Australia.
