Very poor service. Came here to have a check - up and ask for advice and treatment. Funny that after 4 days and several test and those laboratory that are not really necessary the consultants didn’t know the cause, I wonder what kind of service will this hospital give to those who are near death situations. I have never felt so unsure with the doctors checking up my family this bad. I never felt safe in the hands of the dr’s who cannot even explain to me why a patient have this illness. Very alarming, the government needs to check this hospital because all they do is to suck the money out of the patient and give you bad feeling towards how the nurses even treat you.. Nurses on the 5th level of East wing felt like they are in a large playground. You can see them laughing and all but when the patient ask for help they never really attend to it immediately.. definitely, not recommended. Very poor service, very poor quality of cleanliness. Better go to other hospital than to waste your money here in this hospital.

Service here is super duper slow. Price is too high with the service they are providing. Prince court is much more worth it.
The staffs especially the ones who are on duty for the covid test does not even know who are the visiting consultants in the hospital.The nurses who are on duty starting from the entrance of the new block right up to the testers are not aware of the doctors who are the visiting consultants in the hospital. This is a huge embarrassment for the hospital tbh. I had to open up the hospital website and show them proofs to let my mother continue with the test. Plus, there was an Indian lady I assume she’s a nurse at the swap test area being very rude to us. When my mother showed the slip to do the test, she rudely said “THERE’S NO “Specific Doctor’s Name” in this hospital. I DONT THINK YOU CAN DO YOUR TEST HERE BECAUSE YOU’RE IN THE WRONG HOSPITAL” Is this how private hospital workers treat their patients? From the entrance till the swap test is done, we had to be answering the nurses and telling them that the doctor is a visiting consultant and show proofs. What hurts the most to say is that, my parents has been coming to this hospital for the past 20 + years and this is the worse that they have encountered. Nurses being rude and saying we’re in the wrong hospital and there’s no such doctors? Despite being expensive and we also get treated like this? 👏🏽
I had an appointment with Dr Zalina the OB-GYN. she's very good and helps me a lot with my problems. The nurses also very helpful and soft spoken. The surgery went well. The hospital performs Covid-19 drive thru test if you want to do it. Just make sure you set an appointment first.

Not honest at all specially with new building they will try suck your moneyI went for my daughter treatment 6 month ago then I went again a week ago for the same treatment and they ask me to pay double, I refuse to pay the amount and after one week of Investigation, they said now with the new they are using different medical deviceand they are charging for small item very high such as gloves, mask, and tape you have very care if you are thinking to go there my advice find better and more honest place not Ampang Puteir
Easy to find this Hospital with a lot of parking underground. Visit relative at Lily. Staff at front so friendly and helpfull.
Fast admission procedure and treatment
This is one of the private hospitals located in the Ampang area. This hospital does not have a specific time to visit so just register with the guard if you want to go in after 12pm. The service and facilities are also fully equipped with toilets in each room and have a spacious living room. The cost is just too high.
My daughter admitted last two days. Dr Lee 👍. Good skills and knowledgeable. Recommended. The staff here is very good, nice and polite. Although the admission take longer time, I understand might be due to the insurance company or because of the flu seasons... They need to really arrange the rooms so that no infection spreading etc... Everything is very good.
I feel safe, convenient and happy for my mum. Why? I gone through 7 months of hell with HKL, guess no money no honey. Everyone's life matters.

Dear mgmt, u have a very professional people working here. Many patients waiting fr their turn. Can’t you add additinal chairs, comfortable enough for the customer. Yr consultancy is very expensive but please dont treat customer like going to pasar malam.
The worst hospital ever. Other diseases like plaque suggest additional unnecessary procedures. You can get a discharge summary even if you are begging. No refunds available. Worst gile

When you are being admitted, always make sure to followup with both insurance company and hospital. Otherwise, it will be one day long of waiting. Hospital admission should have more staff during peak days like influenza break. Quality also need to improve in terms of time quality
Emergency room available
Service is very slow. Near emergency waiting from 6pm to 11pm in bed. The time taken from morning to evening does not settle. The first experience was very disappointing. The hospital needs to improve its time management.
Only building, equipment is better, thats why they charge unreasonably high, but did not do really good job, not special in curing people, service is poor, they only want to rob out of money from your pocket. Nothing, you have to know most of these good building high priced charging private hospitals are scam, don't be cheated, don't go ... just go public or good , sincerely served private hospitals.
Went for pregnancy check up, waited for hours for a consultation that’s not even 10 mins. Nurse didn’t even mentioned why Dr is late. They said Dr supposed to come at 9.30am but the Dr showed up at 10.20am instead. The consultation is so so, even at KK they explained more details. Will not come again for check up, waste of money as their charges is so high.
my sister was born here. i deliver my baby here. my husband accident and went here too. ouh and my daughter admitted here. the specialist were very experienced and good too. Thank you all the doctors and nurses for the good service especially in premier ward. Dr Marlik for gyne, Dr Dato Syed Alsagof for ortho and Dr Christpher Lim for paeds. good service. the front liner for bill payment also very nice to us

Long waiting time during prenatal visits. Most of the nurse at the maternity ward was not attentive and like one of the few comments here...unless you're a celebrity, or social media influencer, they will serve you better. If you're not that beneficial to them, service is poorly so-so..And the discharge process took soooo long and please note our terms is cash..they did mentioned if use GL will even take longer (sigh) ... teruk! Facilities..kinda poor for a private hospital..only 1 atm machine, limited choices of food in the compound, and very2 limited parking space. Conclusion: Please lah consider other options nearby like gleaneagles or pcmc..Anyway, the only positive thing about this place is my O&G doctor. That was just it.
Been here many times and the hospital is for dato and datin 😂😂 you will get special treatment if you hold the title or if you are a celebrity. Else you will get so so treatment from the nurses and staff. The doctors are over confident. 😂🙊Price wise, the doctors are very considerate but the medicine is very expensive and they will give you bundle even though you dont need as much. The location is in food heaven.

Bad hospitel and not goodA bad hospital, and there are no doctors all the times only, but an appointment. There are doctors only one day, but a week.
*Tips to enjoy your appointment day*Once you arrived but before heading to the parking bay, just drop your partner at the lobby. So that she can straight away go to the GL counter. After parking the car, please proceed to meet your partner at the lobby with the GL's ready in hand. Proceed to the clinic for your blood test request form. Head to the lab located at the first floor. After completing your procedure you may wait your turn to see your doctor at the cafe located at the ground floor. Have some decent breakfast or branch bcoz the lab test may take about 1 hour. Proceed to the clinic after 1 hour or you just wait for the clinic to call you. Don't forget to ask for your parking vaucher to enjoy for a flat rate parking fees. Enjoy your journey... 😄 😄 😄 Having my regular health screening with dr Ismail Yaacob... I like Nescafe tarik at the cafeteria at an affordable price. Should try the putu mayam and tauhu sumbat... I consider it the best in town. Since the new hospital building is not yet completed. Do expect some parking shortage but we still can park at nearby private parking provider at a considerable price.. . 😄 😄 😄
Maternity checkup service is very satisfying.
Please think twice thrice before admitting a patient in this hospital for treatment.Non Malays are not very welcomed here. The doctors and nurses are borderline racist although some try to be polite. However the moment you are not in sight they will start snickering and complaining(racist remarks). This is from true experience after treatment in KPJ Ampang Puteri.In terms of lodging, I think it is reasonable for the price. I would say standard private hospital range in Malaysia.The location is great it's a walk away from Ampang point shopping centre. Major bank facilities can be found and a good selection of restaurants available.Facilities and FNB, as a patient the hospital provides standard hospital food. I would not complain as I've had worse. The cafes located on the Ground floor are decent. Good selection and fairly priced. No complaints there. There is a convenience store located in the Ground floor so no complaints as well.In conclusion, the private hospital gets a poor rating from me, simply because of the discrimination I experienced. This hospital largely caters for Malay Muslims, understandably perhaps because of its location in Ampang. I would think if one is a Malay Muslim, they would rate it higher than my rating.This comment is an honest personal review and by no means has any intention to disrespect any group or community.-JP
Hadi Hospital and treatment is fine
Very upset with the hospital service. My daughter was very sick due to food poisoning and was referred by the clinic to Ampang Puteri. The reception asked us to see the specialist. It was 12noon when we registered We waited till 4pm and yet we didn't get to see the doctor. My daughter was too weak until my hubby lost his patience and told the reception to cancel and return the referral letter so that we can go to another hospital. Only then they told us to go to emergency dept. After more than 4 hours waiting. Worst than government hospital. At the emergency dept immediately the doctor said my daughter need to be admitted and we were ok with that. Everything was fine till the discharge day. At 1 pm the doctor said that my daughter can be discharged. We waited and waited till 5pm. Then we asked the nurse why the long delay, she said wait it's under processing Guess what ... Everything was only settled at 10 pm. Imagine from 1pm till 10pm. Seriously ridiculous .Will never cone to this hospital again.

Went to this hospital last year and the customer service team was doing a very good job. However, please improve on the call operator. The way they answered my call is in cold tone and that is the first person I talked to. Please improve on phone handling.
Very bad service, wait and wait and wait, Dr not properly check, discharge take very long time to process, will not come back to this hospital
Not recommended. The last time I came to this hospital was about more than 15 yrs ago. It has not improved since then. I arrived at the emergency at about 1030pm for high fever. Got attended by the Dr at about 1130pm and have my blood sample taken. The result came out at about 1230 mid nite but manage to see the Dr again at about 120am after twice reminding the front counter. Have to wait another 45 minutes to make payment and to collect medicine at the pharmacy. This will be my last visit to this lousy private hospital.
We went to emergency since my husband was down with high fever and heart palpitation, cramp and difficulty breathing at 830am. Nurses and MA were so kind and helpful in enlighten what procedure they were doing to my husband. Doctor on call that day was helpful and kind as well. We felt comfortable with the services given. Around 11am, husband was all done with treatment and checkup and at 12 noon, he was already warded to a clean room and helpful nurses. Deposit for inpatient is rm300 ringgit. But parking is occupied most of the time. You can always park at the roadside, but i wouldnt do that since my kids tagged along and there are always bz roads

Their emergency has the worst treatment you can ever find, nurses are very rough (especiallymale nurses), they don't care about patient situation, they hardly respond to calls, I have never seen such a treatment in my life.To be fair, they might be efficient but not in a way that nurses should be. Anyhow, I don't recommend anyone to go there for emergency especially those are sensitive or for kids treatment. Rather than emergency section I have no idea.
3rd time having problems to consult doctor at emergency counter as the system recorded outstanding bill.... which I was told by the finance staff that the issue was resolved during my last visits, I.e. in March 18 and August 18. What is wrong with your system and when can resolve my problems?
Dr Zalina klinik - POOR management. Take appointment but still wait all day long. Why??Why not assign time slots? Come in the morning and wait 3-5 hours for your turn. Enjoy!

The KPJ Specialist Hospitals in Malaysia are well known for their health tourism activities. The doctors are very experienced and friendly. Hospitals had very high-quality equipment for oncological (cancer) problems, cardiology, urology, skin dermatology, bariatric surgery, orthopedic care, reconstructive and plastic surgery, dental center, ophthalmology center and rehabilitation center. Medicine given after 9 hours
Fair review for every periodically visit. Yet really enjoy the food in the cafeteria esp their nescafe. Not to mention their kerabu mangga. Thumbs up to the chef and team members.
Excellent service from staffs and doctors even though sometimes a bit late. Food menu could be better. Dr Kumari a very pleasant person. The lift door closes to fast for a hospital that has a lot of children and older people. Wifi range is not available on 6th floor. Nearby shops and restaurants.

Terrible service. I came with join pain and mouth ulcer but the doc only check my heart. Waiting time is like forever.staff said doctor is coming down (from the sky to the emergency room) and it takes more than 1 hour to reach ...I’m still waiting

Getting into this hospital is a mistake you don't want to commit. Unfortunately I have committed that mistake multiple times since it's close to where I live and I will never repeat it again. I wish Google has provided a no star at all review because these guys deserve it.Unprofessional behavior by doctors and nurses alike ( especially the emergency ward) they treat you as if you work for them not as if you should be served. Doctors one and only wish is to admit you and get to milk your pocket by any means possible! False diagnosis. False or no medications prescribed.

Expensive parking fees. Consultation without any x-ray costs close to Rm300 just talking and one medicine. Staffs are not friendly and lack manners. The doctors are good though. Not recommended overall.

The worst experience i have in ampang puteri when my son admitted in hospital. No routine check...all the time have to press call button to call nurse...and doctor only come once a day. Wat kind of hospital is this.
The place to go if you can afford one. I'm here at 8 but still my health screening still hasn't done yet. Now is already 11.30. But the place is quite good and comfortable. Nothing to complain off so far. Their stuff is friendly too.
Looks proper. I came to visit someone, but it seems like no one care about security. The five of us get access to ward without anyone asking anything. It was in the morning and not really a proper time to visit, but no one stopped us or asked anything. Should improve security before someone take advantage.
Today perform x-ray for my daughter boarding school requirement from 9:50 am... 11:50 am still not available. Really piss-off.
My treatment with kjp ampang puteri started on 2011 with doctor koh meng kieong.I'am almost died due serious gastric ulser. I'm satisfied with his treatment and till to date if i have any other problem i will request to refer to him. He is the best doctor i ever have. Very understanding and always concern about patent.

I'm regretting that I've chosen this hospital to treat my mom. We've already come across sevral problem. 1 We are foriners and they promissed us to help obtain visa extension. But infact they don't know much about the immigration law. As a result we payid double price for one month extension and we have chanse to be departed out of Malaysia by the immigration. 2) The hospital don't have official price list so you should be ready to pay variouse price for same service on different day. For exaple we paied 100 ringgits for oncologost's consultation one day and a month later we paid 390 ringgits for the same doctor consultation. So think twice before choosing this clinic. You won't be able to plan your costs.3) I also want to inform everyone not to beleave to the meducal consultant of this hospital. They will promiss you a lot in order to attract a client.So if you are looking for value for money this hospital is not a correct option
