I read the reviews here which seems nice and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my experience. They called and told me doctor will be around at 2:30pm. I waited for more than one hour to see the doctor. I am having acne breakouts over my face since I came back from UK for over 4 months. The doctor could not specify the reason for the breakouts, she mentioned that it could be a change in products that I used or makeup or just bacteria. Which I could have guessed. She mentioned that I should change my current skincare to her products and do acne treatment with them. She said that it is due to the fact that my face is oily. As far as I know, my skin has always been dry and flaky. The session with her did not last for more than 15 minutes. The receptionist came up with one facewash product (RM50) and acne gel (RM60) from Skinfinity Korea. I told the receptionist my concern about using brands that I am unfamiliar with as I am currently using Lancome products. She told me their products is good, she herself is using and I should stop using Laneige so they could monitor my skin conditions. Ended up paying RM380 including a small acne cream, antibiotics and a pack of pills that they say can control sebum. I did not receive a receipt and I don't understand how it could cost me RM380 even with a student discount for the consultation fee (RM25). I asked for a receipt through the phone and they just say it is the fee for the medicine. I asked what medicines

wrongly prescribed prone acne skincare & antibiotic caused my skin getting worst-drying,irritating, redness, peeling, swelling, blistering, burns, ulcers, pain. spent almost RM900

I highly recommend this clinic because the doctor is very professional and experienced. She takes her time to explain my condition during the consultation . She knows most patients' concern and worry. She did not push for my treatment at all. At last we make a decision plan together. I had my first pigmentation treatment done on the same day with their PICO Laser 1 week ago. I was comfortable with the treatment, So far the recovery went on very well. Treatment fee is reasonable. Clinic is just across a LRT Station and there is basement parking facility.

My girlfriend booked an appointment for 3pm today and waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes before finally seeing the doctor at 440pm. Her consultation lasted for only 3 minutes. She was not offered any apology, neither was she offered any explanation besides “sorry Dr is seeing a few more patients”. I understand that it is hard to stick to the appointment timings due to unforeseen circumstances with patients but making a patient wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes just shows that you guys are booking in more patients than you can fit into the doctor’s schedule. Your patients’ time is important as well, please don’t take it for granted.

My son had terrible dandruff problem..but now after about a week of medication the problem is very much better. Thank you:)

Staffs and doctor are very friendly...I like the way Dr Wai explainned...Best service....Value for money...They not sucks patient money...

I am upset, I called and make an appointment and walk in earlier than another patient. I had been told Dr Wai will consult me in a while. But then a normal patient walked in without appointment got to see Dr Wai before me and I had been put aside and waited for another doctor. This really annoyed me. Is this a common practise here? Doctor choosing patient? Doctor asked questions without taking note and answering her phone in the middle of consultation. She even forgotten where she stopped at. Sorry to say, professionalism is very important, although it is small issue. Hope the med is useful, else I won't bother to follow up there. However thanks for the consultation discount.

I have my pigmentation follow up treatment in this clinic recently and my pigmentation has cleared now. The treatment is effective, reasonable in price and service is very good. They have full range of service here from hair to toe.I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for good professional doctor as I have been visiting this clinic from time to time for maintenance treatment and facial for pass 12 years. The best part is, the doctor will advise you not to do their treatment if she thinks that it is unnecessary.

First time here, friendly staff and doctor. Great explanation on the conditions and ways to improve my skin problem. Price is also reasonable for all the medicine given.

Thank you very much to the doctors and clinic nurses. I had been very depressed with my acne and scars and sent an inquiry to the clinic. Amy, the nurse explained to me patiently and allowed me to walk in to the clinic even though the Saturday clinic is already full after I explained to her that I need to travel soon. I waited for the doctor during my fist visit because she was performing procedure. But it definitely worth the wait. She explained to me A to Z about my problem even though the clinic was very busy.The medicine and acne treatment worked very well. It only took me about 1 month to clear the acne. Currently I am going through scars treatment in the clinic with their doctors. Their fee is very reasonable. So far both their doctors and nurses are very professional, friendly and sometimes feel like friends to me. They always say, 'call us if you have question, don't wait"I regain my confidence. Went here for a few laser, tca and frm treatments for my terrible acne scars since 1 year ago, have been seeing improvements but my skin is still far from being scar-free. Nevertheless, really appreciate the doctors suggesting affordable treatment options taking into account my financial abilities.

Dr Wai is really passionate and genuine while treating my skin. It has not been a year yet but I have already saw great improvements on my skin. The staff working there was also friendly too.

I have been to two other Skin Clinics in Puchong and none of them beat the experience i had at Wai Clinic. All the staff was friendly and patient. Price was affordable. Most importantly, the Dr was kind and gentle and wasn’t in a rush to end my consultation. 5 stars!

Dr. Wai gave very detailed explanation to me & made sure I do understand & all staffs here are very friendly & helpful.

I'm one of their customer since I was a student. Dr Wai could give advices on the most suitable treatments to get based on my condition. I did several different treatments with them. The most impactful time is I did my eyebrow embroidery removal, I visited another clinic and it costs me RM600+ and they keep pushing to sign up package. And they keep saying you will nvr get the desired result you want with one treatment but luckily I didn't give in. I did once with them and I can only see subtle result. I couldn't afford to shave my brows for few more sessions and healing process takes quite some time. So I decided to went back to Dr Wai and she manage to remove within one session and cost much lesser.

Price was affordable, Dr.Lee was very genuine and kind among all. She even asked me to think before doing the tattoo treatment by saying all the wide effects. Helped greatly with follow up too. Surely recommend everyone to get the tattoo removal at her. I even consulted for my acne problem and she gave some antibiotics with night acne cream which actually working well

It's like having a clinic, it's been a long time, and then I can go to the inquiry room, last2 get a cheat, expensive pig, rm180 .. Eat that medicine, good hair, fall out .. Sorry I came here .. help my hair fall out, fall hair there ..

I literally just walked out of the clinic. I walked out half way through the consultation. It was a very uncomfortable, awkward and extremely disappointing experience.

Actually should be no star. The doctor didn't do good job on Hifu. Very heavy handed. Pulling upward harshly. The pain is not solely coz of the frequency of the machine or heat but it's the technique. So much bruises after the session. And if pain never mind but no result also. The worst is the doctor did bad job for my filler under eye and laugh line. I kept coming back to complain but every time it wasn't rectify. I had lumpy piece under eye on my right side of the face and over rejected on the left side. My face become too plum but the doctor said I look better this way. Come on I know my face best. It's wrong technique. And the lumpy on my under right eye she said its my fat pad And show me the previous photo that I had an evidence of having slight fat pad which is not true. Even if it's true it must have been from previous filler that doctor did for me coz never did filler under eye anywhere. Only at was clinic. It was very obvious that it's due to her either the type of the filler she used or the technique or both. I did remove from another clinic and it's gone instantly. She can't even differentiate? I removed it and filled it with juvederm instead of redensity2 which it came out fine. Now am suffering with over injecting on my laughing line left side of the face. It's so hard to fix I go and fix at a few clinics but still can't remove all. The skin becomes sagging.i was very stressed and actually still coz some part can't be fixed. I wanted the money bac

For everyone that is coming from the west to the east and looking for a perfect opportunity to do a beauty treatment. I was last year in Wai Clinic and I bin back this year and did mor, becouse of the great results. Dr. Wai has an fine sense for beauty, She is very prfessionall in what She is doing, Dr. Wai and the Clinic staff are very very frindley and helfull and the Clinic is very clean. The Clinic is rigth on the side of the trainstaition. I would recomend to take the train, it is cheeper and faster.

As eczema will recur once a while, the doc and nurses are very supportive. Consultation fee is free for me. Sometimes doc will tell me where to buy cheaper medication.Now that they celebrate 14th Anniversary, I want to congratule and thank them. The clinic feels like Home.

Recommend by friend, skin condition became better. Will try out other services next time. Definitely recommend to make appointment for less of a wait.

Haha , i haven't even went for a treatment yet. But i just hope that this clinic stays open for years to come. I'm 15, and i'm looking forward to coming to this place for future treatments once i turn 18. Dr Sylvia is professional and experienced. The clinic nurses are helpful and friendly. I have one treatment for my pigmentation and double chin. The results are effective and fees are reasonable.

I had rashes on my skin. The clinic charged me rm60 for medicine and rm50 for visiting doctor and the cream was some low quality cheap stuff that u can get for 10 rm in outside pharmacies. Finally i searched on google and baught better creams which healed rashes in two nights. So you better only pay for doc visit and get medicine from outside not in the clinic.
