Eugene has high level of professionalism when dealing with her clients. She is friendly and approachable. She always gives me a very clear advises.
Overall I feel the facial treatment is alright - personally I think the facial treatments are catered more towards skin maintenance if you do not have major issues. I went with the concern of a few breakouts - as I am looking for something more for deep cleansing. However I experienced worsened breakouts after my visit, I think it could be the treatment is too rich for my current skin condition. Went to a Derm clinic for some SOS correction measure after my facial visit here - hopefully all will be good.
Eugene is great! She is knowledgable and professional approach is calming and reassuring, always delivering a high standard of treatments and services.
My facial specialist, Eugene was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy the facial experience here, good environment and convenient.

Went there like I went to many facials places before...their treatment was very much like all the other places I been too..but surprisingly, I become more fairer and my complexion was glowing after I went back..now a regular customer there..
I have a very good experience here. The 3s, Venice is very experienced and skillful. The whole treatment is very comfortable.
Impressive detailed skin analysis before the facial. Good massage technique although too gentle for my liking. Maybe can wrap customer’s hair neatly with towel instead of a loose hair net so that customer won’t finish facial looking so oily due to products got on hair. Looking forward for next facial.
