Did my LASIK @ USJ Eye Specialist September 2019. The initial result was good but the power on my left eye regressed after few months and they did a free touch up in Feb 2020. Now I can see clearly on both eye without glasses. Totally satisfied with the result.Naomi and Elise was very helpful and transparent explaining the details including the pricing and procedures. Post operation checkups are FOC for a year which is a great thing.
SCAM!!! Do not fall for the RM 1490 lasik per eye advertisement.My son went there last week. They made 5 different tests on him. Total time spent for all was 37 minutes. There was a consultation with the doctor for 6 minutes. Total time spent 37 + 6 = 43 minutes.End result not suitable candidate for a lasik and ask me to pay RM 450 ringgit!!!!Bloody scammers!!! They messed with a wrong guy, just wait.

I did my LASIK surgery on 20.2.2020 in conjunction of my 39th Birthday month. The advise and assistance given by the staff is details and clear. Ms. Elise Tan assist me throughout the process and gave me good advise and consultation. The surgery went well and the is amazing. The Dr poke equipment to my eye. I blink. He said DONT BLINK. Before I reply, he said DONT SAY ITS AUTO REFLEX. I think this Dr works in a Mortuary before cos only dead people eyes dont blink when you poke it. Such a impatient doctor attending to a sick patient. Hello close shop lah if you got no heart to serve.

Just got my lasik done yesterday (6 Feb) afternoon and by night my vision was already 80% clear! Everyone working there is friendly and very helpful with all my enquiries. Even rescheduling is done easily. There are some days where you would need to wait, only because the place is so good so there will be many people at the specialist at times. But all the waiting is worth it as service and results are top notched. Will definitely recommend.
Its already one month ive done my lasik here. Alhamdulillah, so far so good. Its a great clinic with a very good team. Im not regret doing it. If any of you plan to do your lasik, please dont hesitate to do it here.

My Husband did a lasik surgery back in May 2019 hoping he will not have to use his contact lens again as it has been trouble some having to deal with eye infection once in a while. Now its been 6 months after the surgery. The changes have been incredible. He does not have to wear his contact lense and he can sees everything clearly without any problem. His eyes power before the surgery was 600 both sides. But now its completely gone as he can sees everything clearly.
This is my 2nd month's after my lasik. So far everything went well. I would say my eyes are reborn! I'm very happy with the service, patience and professional support . Will sure recommend to my friends and family!

I just did LASIK last week. The total duration is about 2 hours. My personal experience of this surgery is great, just a little bit pain for the first two days after the surgery. I even didn’t use the painkiller drops. The overall environment is very friendly with helpful and very kind nurses, especially the Chinese lady. The doctor is professional and gentle. :)

unprofessional, not advise accurately! I have inquired at the 1st place that Panel of MiCare. I have went to clinic that advised to get GL. U have called to MiCare for staff confirmation. WHY ARE U STILL NEED US TO WAIT 1HR for GL ONLY CAN VISIT DR? and i not the first time visitor! U should advise in early stage! Ended up, i have waited 2hrs, i thought GL has settled, where clinic asked to stay for GL again.

The standard of care I received at the centre was world class. The receptionist Elise, optometrists Lakshmi and Chai and Dr Yap were professional, courteous and reassuring. As someone who has an understanding of the healthcare field, I can genuinely say that I felt confident and well taken care of today by Dr Yap and his team. It is comforting to know we have a world class eye care team here in USJ!
Underwent LASIK procedure at this clinic. Dr Yap, Naomi and team are very professional, friendly and explain in details for every procedure done. Now my eyesights are perfect. I will not hesitate to recommend people to have their eyes treated by them. Great job Dr Yap & Team :)

The receptionist that answered my call was bad (i don't wanna point out who) She gave me the wrong info and put the blame on the doctor. Did not even apologize. My point is, if you have an emergency, and because of her mistake, you don't get to treat your eye in time, then what? Conclusion, I went to other specialist center which offered better service.
Appointment made at 10.30am, waited 11.48am, still waiting..... what is the point for making APPOINTMENT a day ahead ?!
The price lasik at here is quite cheap but not for me.
Recently having severe eyes conjunctivitis, seen a specialist from a Private hospital, visited the doc 2 times & she gave me wrong medication 2 times & my eye inflammation turned really bad. Friend recommended me to see Dr Yap, and within days the infection was under control & after 4 visits my eyes recovered. His charges also reasonable. Easy parking and I waited less than 30 minutes for each of the 4 visits. Extremely Thankful that he used his expertise & experience to give the right medication to heal my eyes.
I had minor operation to get rid the chalazion on the top of my eyelids it’s just hurts a little bit and the doctor was excellent and superb and not to be forgotten the nurse and staffs are friendly too ! Kudos!! 💕

My first impression on this centre on my first visit was the cleanliness. The place is very clean and tidy and no body wears shoes. This is good practice as no dirt and germs will be brought into the centre. After the eye check and discussion with the doctor I was given a new prescription for a new pair of glasses. This confirmed that the previous doctors were not telling me the actual condition of my vision problem. Almost two years now, I recently went back to have my vision check again. This time I saw double vision of the alphabet and the doctor confirmed that it was due to the cataract. After discussion on the conditions with the doctor and his recommendation, I decided to take the operation for both eyes. Now I don't need to wear my multi focal glasses and the vision is very clear far and near. A big thank you to doctor Yap for a job well done. Notforgetting, his supporting team is well trained in taking care of the patients. I will not hesitate to recommend people who have eye problems to consult doctor Yap.
Recently went to. All staffs and doctor are professional, the doc listened to my worries, the instrument music was relax (except they werent told me that my vision will become blurry after putting some eye drops for check up). Luckily i came with a friend. Its okay as everything else is satisfying enough. Thank you all staffs and doctor. Kipidup 😊
Did not properly diagnose for infection but focused more on checking short sighted. My eye was red and swollen than before after I put the eye drops prescribed by the doctor. The fee charged was unreasonable. I paid RM 200 for the consultation and medication. I went to see the doctor again the next day. He prescribed a new eye drops for me. Again I was charged RM 90 for the consultation and medication. I had totally spent about RM 300 to treat my eye. Not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

My mother had undergone cardiovascular surgery earlier this year and needed to take serum medications.I have asked other ophthalmologists before. I need to stop taking serum medications for cataract surgery. However, my mother's cardiologist does not encourage stopping serum medications. We are in a dilemma.Until I met Dr. Ye, he was confident that we could perform cataract surgery without stopping serum medications.Under Dr. Ye Miaoshou's medical treatment, my mother successfully completed surgery on both eyes in one month. Now my mother's vision is very clear, which makes her very happy, because she has said goodbye to the days of blurred vision.Thank you Dr. Ye, and all the medical and frontline staff in the clinic. Your kind and courteous attitude will make this surgery process even better.
I had my cataract operation done here about 6 months ago and I must say that I am very satisfied with the result. In addition, I appreciate the friendly staff, their competence and quality of service. I would certainly recommend anyone who needs an eye check to visit this clinic.

This doctor is very professional and patient. When I found this ophthalmology department, I have continued to see several major hospitals in subang jaya and it is said that they are all famous ophthalmologists, but everyone said the same thing, (but When I was in a foreign country, the local doctors said that I did not have the disease.) Because this condition did not even protect me from the insurance company, it was later that the doctor looked at the doctor carefully and found that I did not have the disease. Did not diagnose proper for inflammation but more focused on checking short sightedness issue. The doctor has an attitude problem and could not provide a possible cause of inflammation though represented himself to be very experienced. Very disappointing.
Been wearing contact lenses for more than 30 years, from power 250 went up to more than 1000 until recently eyes were so uncomfortable , after consultation, I felt relieved n took the necessary check up then 2 days later went for the cataract multifocal surgery, everything went smoothly, have completed another eye surgery just few days after, the whole process were not as scary as I thought. Bravo, now my eyesights are perfect. All the staff here are very nice n doctor Yap is very professional, have confident in him then everything will be alright

My wife had 2 of her cataracts removed successfully within one week of each other. The surgery was performed in a most professional and clinical manner. Both surgeon and the support team were thorough in their work and my wife experienced a stress free operation. The premises were clean and well maintained. The Fees were reasonable and excellent value including follow up care. We would have no hesitation in recommending anybody to have their eyes treated by them.
