It is comparatively smaller and the gym was crowded when I visisted to check the gym. The crowd was mostly mid aged (30-50) and there are number of different classes everyday one can attend.

Had a massage with grace yesterday evening at 6.30 ..i had not slept properly in weeks until last night .felt and feel brill .Would defo recommend 🤗
