I had a beautiful experience at NMC DIP this January 2023 while having my baby. All the staff were amazing from my antenatal to the emergency room, Labour room and the ward. Special thanks to Dr. Saumya Sundaram Bulusu. She showed great care and concern to me and made sure everything was okay with my baby and I. I recommend this hospital for excellent services.

Excellent experience! I am glad and well please to share my great experience here at NMC Royal Hospital particularly at HDU area. The nurses were perfect, they've take good care of me from the day I was admitted til the last day I'd been discharge. My baby girl was born in Zulekha dubai and I can say it was a very good experience.It is one of the best hospitals very good service and organized and a big thanks to dr Jasbir Chhatwal she was amazing and really helped me a lot through pregnancy and delivery.

I visited Cocoona Centre not knowing what to expect as it was my first time and happen to fortunately be consulted and treated by Dr. Rani. I felt uncomfortable initially discussing my issue, but all the anxiety was put to rest by her. Dr. Rani advised and suggested the best treatment, thereby giving me comfort and it was as if I knew her since long because of her friendly nature. Not only did she perform the procedure flawlessly, she ensured it was done safely with my well-being in mind. No unrealistic promises and hopes. In fact she explained to me on what results to expect, thereby keeping my expectations low. However the results turned out better - it surpassed my expectations.Hands down she is very aesthetic in her work and truly a gem of a person. Thank you Dr. Rani for uplifting me and making me feel much better.

Very disappointed with customer service, I paid for a whole vial (1200 dhs) of filler of which only half was used as told by the doctor. I was told these fillers would last for 7m and they hardly lasted 4-6 weeks. We then hit pandemic and when i called them to follow up and ask for the remainder of my filler, i was told these have expired and i shud have come in march( mind you this was the height of the lockdown when the whole of dubai was under curfew), for all i know, someone else's vial was used on me and they dont want to open a new one. Long story short- i asked them to compensate/adjust/refund my left over amount and they have refused to come back to me. Inspite of calling several times and emailing- i hvnt heard back from them. Absolutely pathetic practices and customer service. Cocoona- you should be ashamed of how you have dealt with me.

We recently had my second child at Burjeel Hospital and had an amazing experience throughout the entire journey. Major thanks to Dr. Pathukutty Mohammed.Our gynecologist is Dr. Pathukutty Mohammed and we had wonderful experience with her. She is very kind, humble and professional. One of the main point which I would like to mention is that our first baby was born through operation (C-section) but with an outstanding support this time it is normal delivery.I would highly recommend the hospital because of the following reasons: Facilities:Hospital facilities are very modern and state of the art equipment.Staff at LDR:Staff are at the LDR room is very professional and keen to help their patient. I would like to mention and appreciate them for helping us during delivery time. Especially thankful to Veronica, Hershy, Celine and Dr Priyam.Food:All the time they served food on time. Food is fresh and healthy.Room: Room service is an excellent. Nursing staff is very cooperative. Rooms are big enough with following facilities: Fridge, TV, sofa and one extra bed for the person who is staying with patient.Parking:Parking is the only point which hospital needs to be address and come up with more space. Because it is very hard to find free parking slot.
